Super tasty and crunchy granola

Store-bought granola can be convenient, but it’s often loaded with added sugars and unhealthy oils. Making your own granola at home is a game-changer! It’s simple, customizable, and way healthier. You get to choose every ingredient, from your favorite nuts and seeds to natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. Plus, homemade granola is more affordable and tastes fresher.

The best part? It only takes about 30 minutes! Experiment with fun add-ins like coconut flakes, dried fruits, or dark chocolate once it’s cooled. Store it in an airtight jar, and you’ve got a crunchy, nutrient-packed topping for your yogurt, smoothie bowls, or just as a snack!

Ingredients

1/2 cup each of pistachios, almonds, oats, buckwheat groats, pepitas, sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons chia seed

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon date syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly on a lined baking tray.  Bake for 20 mins until golden.

Optional - once baked add your add-ins such as: 1 tablespoons golden berries, sultanas, dark chocolate chips.

Store in airtight container.

Serve with yoghurt and berries.
