Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Base:

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Toppings (to be added after freezing):
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into small pieces
1/4 cup crushed almonds
2 ounces white chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Prepare the Strawberry Base:
Place the fresh strawberries, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend until you have a smooth and creamy strawberry mixture.
Assemble the Popsicles:
Carefully pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
Freeze:
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, and place them in the freezer.
Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Add Toppings after Freezing:
Once the popsicles are frozen, sprinkle over the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, crushed almonds and crushed white chocolate evenly over the popsicles.
