Pink dragon fruit overnight oats

For breakfast, I eat oats pretty much every day. Oats are a great source of fiber, a carbohydrate that the body cannot digest. Because fiber slows down digestion, you won't feel as hungry for a longer period, per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Eating fiber-rich foods helps avoid spikes and dips in your blood sugar levels while reducing feelings of hunger.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Oats

1 tbl Natural Greek yoghurt

1 tsp Maple syrup

Oat milk or water

Banana

Pink dragon fruit

Hazelnut, cacao, coconut spread by @Pana



Method

In a jar, add your oats, yoghurt, maple syrup and enough milk or water to combine

Leave overnight in the fridge.

Top with banana, pink dragon fruit and Pana hazelnut, cacao, coconut spread.
