A healthy version of Reese's Pieces? Don't mind if I do...
These are as delicious as they look and really easy to make. If you love PB and chocolate as much as I do, you will fall in love with these treats.
Ingredients
325g good quality peanut butter
150g coconut flour
100ml maple syrup
200g good quality dark chocolate
60g salted peanuts
Method
In a bowl, add PB, coconut flour, maple syrup and mix till a firm dough.
Line the base and sides of a 20 x 20 cm tin, with baking paper.
Press dough into pan, cover with cling film and refrigerate until firm.
Remove from fridge and cut into squares, place back in fridge while preparing the chocolate.
Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
Dip peanut squares into chocolate and cover all sides.
Place on a sheet to set.
Top with peanuts
