Oaty banana pancakes


The easiest banana oaty pancakes made right in the blender! These fluffy healthy pancakes are naturally gluten free, dairy free and contain no flour or added sugar. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast! So delicious, especially with heap of blueberries scattered over.

Ingredients

1 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder ¼ cup pistachios About 3/4 cup of oat milk 1 ripe banana

Pinch salt Blueberries, extra pistachios and maple syrup to serve


Serves 2

Method

  1. Place the oats in a high speed blender, blend until the oats are fine. Add in the pistachios and blend again until the pistachios are mostly ground.

  2. Add in the pinch salt, baking powder, banana and about ½ cup oat milk, blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed for a typical pancake consistency

  3. Cook on a non-stick pan, until nice and golden, plate up and topple with blueberries and maple syrup. This recipe will make enough for 2. Dig in xx
