What I’m eating for breakfast….
Green oats? Yes, green. The green colour is from Spirulina powder which is full of antioxidants, iron and protein. I’m also using Califia oat milk which pairs superbly.
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
1 tbl chia
1 teaspoon spirulina (add more if you like)
Maple syrup and salt to taste
Two tablespoons Yoghurt
About 1/3 cup Califia oat milk
1 tbl peanut butter
Raspberries - frozen or fresh
Method
Mix all ingredients together except the PB and raspberries. Leave in fridge over night then top with PB and raspberries. I decanted my oats from the bowl that I mixed it in to a mason jar, and layered lovingly with raspberries and PB.
