Espresso porridge

Skip processed breaky, protein shakes, muesli bars, break on the run.... and make espresso porridge instead.

Ingredients for one


1/3 cup oats

1 shot espresso

enough milk to cover the oats

Berries

Yoghurt

Pistachios or other favourite nuts


Cook until your desired liking - it should look rich and creamy. Top with yoghurt, berries and nuts.
