2 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 shot espresso (about 1/3 cup)
Dash of maple syrup (to taste)
2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
In a bowl or jar, mix the Greek yogurt, espresso, and maple syrup until fully combined and smooth.
