Date and Walnut truffles


Satisfy your sweet cravings with my a-mazing 3 ingredient truffles. No sugar, no dairy, no nasties ❤️. Great sweet treat to have without breaking your wholefood diet goals.


Ingredients


1 cup walnuts

7 medjool dates approx

40g dark chocolate


In a high speed blender add the walnuts and medjool dates. Blend until well combined and smooth and comes together when you pinch it. If it’s dry add another date or two and blend again.


Shape into squares.


Melt about 40g 70% dark chocolate and cover each square, drain off excess and let set in fridge. If your up for it, cover the truffles with a second layer of chocolate 😉
