Serves one.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp cocoa powder
A dash of cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
To serve
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter plus extra
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen.
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 195°C (380°F) for a few minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and coconut oil. Mix everything together until well combined and the oats are evenly coated.
Place the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer has a preheating function, you can place the mixture directly into the preheated basket.
Set the air fryer to cook at 195°C (380°F) for approximately 5 minutes. Cooking times may vary, so keep an eye on the granola to avoid burning. Stir the mixture every couple of minutes to ensure even toasting.
Once the granola is toasted to your desired level of crispness and golden brown in color, remove it from the air fryer. Be careful as the granola will be hot.
Allow the granola to cool completely before serving as it will go nice and crispy.
To serve
Place about 1 cup Greek yoghurt in a bowl and mix in 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or desired amount). Mix well. Then top with blueberries, your granola and and extra swirl of Peanut butter.
Note: Feel free to customize your granola by adding other ingredients such as nuts, seeds, dried fruits, or sweeteners like honey or maple syrup if desired. Just make sure to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
