Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup of your favorite milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup blueberries (to be studded on top before baking)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, oat flour, and baking powder.
Add the mashed banana, peanut butter, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Gently press the blueberries into the top of the mixture, distributing them evenly across the surface.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and firm to the touch. A tooth pick should come out clean - it shouldn't be gooey. If it's still gooey, pop back in the oven for another 5 - 10 mins.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
